DunneFrankowski Coffee Education & New Weekend Opening Hours.

Over the past 6 month people have been requesting barista and latte art classes, so we have finally had a chance to slow down and pick some free dates. From this month onwards we shall commence with the first of many. We are going to be offering 4 classes to start off with but if you do want something more tailored, don’t hesitate to send us your requests and we can tailor something towards what you or your company might need. 

Basic Barista

Suitable for both home and professional barista’s we’re going to cover grinding, extraction, milk steaming and cleaning. Along with a short history of coffee it’s origins and cultural significance. 

Latte Art

7th of July 13:00 - 15:00 

Suitable for both home and professional barista’s or for coffee enthusiasts learn and understand the theory or milk and pouring techniques, as really it’s not as hard as it looks. Hands on guidance and logical techniques in order to improve any standard milk pouring. 

Both courses have 4 places available and cost £60. 

Tasting Class

The tasting class in a fun and enjoyable experience which covers a flavour deconstruction, coffee origins, processing methods and their effects on taste. As well as cupping some great coffee’s. Perfect introduction for any coffee lover to the colourful complex world of coffee. Suitable for anyone.

Coffee Brewing Course

Suitable for coffee enthusiasts. Learn and understand extraction in brewed coffee. Learn how to make the cup you like at home using different brewing methods, find out the ratio’s which will make your coffee making at home easier. 

Kicktable.com Cupping Experience

For the last 4 months we’ve been doing a shortened version of our tasting course for our friends at kicktable. Learn about perception of flavour and understand your pallet to see coffee as more then just a drink. 

The 2 course are for up to 6 people each and cost £20 and £25 respectably. 

All our courses can be booked here apart from the kicktable course which gets booked directly through kicktable.com.

If you are looking a private event and booking for your workplace we can tailor course to suite your need upon request. 

So due to this change we are no longer going to be open on Saturday’s to the general public.
